Before applying: minimum credit score 650 and income of at least 3x the monthly rent are required. Application fee is $40. Admin fee of $210 applies on approval ( $200 credited toward deposit). Required: 3 months of pay stubs, employment and residential history for verification. Guarantors accepted.
